| Tourist | : | Passport with minimum 9 months validity from the date of arrival back in India, Proper visa form, 2 Recent photos,35 x 45mm,80% face appearance, white background , Matt Finish(As per Singapore Style), Proper Original Live Ticket with E-ticket number , Covering letter on Letter Head, Only Blank passport holders & First Time Traveller require to provide ORIGINAL 3 months updated Personal Bank Statement or if it is a Photocopy then the bank seal and Signature has to be stamped on the copy of the statement Or 3 years Personal Income tax copy with notary & true Copy of SEM or Old Passport if well travelled in it. Leave letter is required if passenser is working on salaried basis.For outstation issued passport we need Leave License Agreement and Letter from the company on company's letterhead with the address of the passenger mentioned on it OR three additional proof like MGL (Mahanagar Gas Limited)/Telephone Bill/Mobile Bill/Electricity Bill/IT Returns and any other Government Proof etc. |

20 year passports are accepted by Malaysian Consulate only
if it is legible
and provided there are no amendments in the original handwritten matter.
Also 20 years Passport will only be issued 3 months Multiple Entry Visa and
if there is any doubt by the consulate they will reject the visa.
The consulate will only accept cases to process the visas,
1 month prior to the departure date (Similarly Rule like Singapore Consulate)
The passenger may be called for Interview at the Consulate if the Immigration
Department is not satisfied. (Doubt that Documents are not proper OR
the purpose of travel is Falsely stated) Visa fees are Non Refundable.
